A Victorian sterling silver twin handled sugar bowl, London 1874 by Samuel Smith (Goldsmiths Alliance)
of globular form upon a moulded foot, the twin handled modelled as knotted branches with a bifurcated junction. The body with engraved decoration of foliage and strapwork interlocking circles, each side vacant. Gilt interior. Fully marked to the side also stamped underneath ‘Goldsmiths Alliance Limited, Cornhill London.
