EARLY PAIR OF QUEEN VICTORIA'S KNICKERS in French lawn linen, reaching almost to the knee, 30" waist with drawstring, with a 3/4 inch flounce and three smaller ones at the legs, small embroidered monogram on waistband of crowned 'VR' and '19', length 28", c. 1840.

These knickers must have come from the early part of the Queen's reign and they have a very small waist.
