I am much relived by having understoon that Mr Roy had received an intimation from sir Robert himself of his intetion...I think Lord Gull has taken the most friendly course which it wa spossible for him to adopt on the occasion. I have written to Sir Robert by today's post to Edinburgh, in the supposition that the office will know where to send to him", two pages, integral blank, light folding marks, 8vo (18.5 x 12.5cm), 23 October 1836.
