A 12" vinyl copy of the album 'Take the Box' (2004), signed by Amy Winehouse and also featuring the doodle of a cigarette in Amy's hand, minor handling wear, record is included.

PROVENANCE: collector's note in pencil states this autograph was obtained at the Anson Rooms in Bristol on April 29th, 2004. The collector gave her a cigarette, hence the doodle.
