A George III sterling silver mustard pot, London 1804 by Robert and Samuel Hennell
Of oval form with a D section handle leading to a hinged depressed domed lid surmounted by a ball finial. Engraved to the front with an initial L in cursive script flourished. Fitted with a blue glass liner. Fully marked to side and makers mark and lion passant to lid only.
Length – 10.5 cm / 4.25 inches
Weight – 143 grams / 4.6 ozt
