A George III/IV silver and mother of pearl travelling corkscrew, Birmingham circa 1820 by John Thropp (reg. April 1813)
The removable case with screw threw and coopered bands, the mother of pearl handle with turned sides, leading to a steel worm. Makers mark only to bottom of case.
