TWO PAPIER MACHE JAPANNED TRAYS, CIRCA 1820S, one marked 'CLAY KING ST COVT GARDEN', decorated with painted flowers, weeping willows, exotic birds, and stylised foliate decoration, the other marked with a crown 'JENNENS & BETTRIDGE LONDON', decorated with painted flowers including a white rose, surrounded by stylised foliate designs, both on later Chinoiserie ebonised and parcel gilt stands with faux bamboo splayed legs joined by matching cross stretchers.
