A pair of late 19th century Dutch 835 silver sugar baskets, Leeuwarden 1886 by Alle de Haas of Sneek
Each in the 18th century style. Of rounded circular form upon a pedestal foot with beaded rims, pierced decoration, with rams head junctions with opposable ring handles. With one removeable blue glass liner. Marked throughout, maker’s mark AH above a 1. Also marked with pseudo 18th century marks for Amsterdam maker’s mark, for Zwolle, year letter L. (2)
