A Victorian sterling silver salver, Sheffield 1892 by Henry Stratford Ltd
In the George III style, of shaped circular form with a shaped cavetto edge and a gadrooned rim, raised on three ball and claw feet. The field centre engraved with a presentation inscription “Presented to Miss Dorothy Famirtt on her marriage by the Parishioners and Scholars of Somerford Keynes, April 6th 1899”. Fully marked to the reverse.
