India, 19th century
Of different shapes and sizes, comprising a brass cutter in the shape of a princely couple, or possibly the gods Vishnu and Lakshmi, caught in a tender embrace, the female counterpart resting on the hip of the male character, his legs acting as the handle of the cutter, both characters holding lotus buds in their hands, 19cm long; and another, in the shape of a curled fish, 21cm long.
