A RARE LATE 17TH CENTURY ENGLISH LANTERN CLOCK BY THOMAS POWER, WELLINGBOROUGH the strapped bell supported by four urn finials interspersed with dolphin and flower frets, the 6.5" dial with Roman chapter ring and distinctive all-over tulip engraving to the centre, signed 'Thomas Power Wellingborow', with single hand, the movement with verge escapement, together with a later carved oak bracket, and two weights, the clock 37cm high the bracket 75cm high (2) The clock is in working order but not fully tested or guaranteed.
