An early 20th century German 800 standard silver tea and coffee service on tray, Berlin circa 1930 by Adolf Kander (active 1882-1939)
Comprising a teapot, a coffee pot, milk jug, a covered twin handled sugar bowl and tray. The service elements of baluster lobed form, the pots with curved fluted spouts opposite pinned C scroll handles, leading to side hinged domed fluted lids surmounted by affixed pyriform finials. The milk jug with a gilt interior. The oval tray with lobed sides, with a removable glass inset. Each fully marked, underneath. (5)
