A mid-20th century Thai unmarked silver bowl, Chiang Mai circa 1950
Of spreading circular form, raised on three short feet. The body decorated in the Burmese style with high relief figures on carts pulled by oxen, using a water pump, attending rice paddies, with trees and buildings in the background, all below a trailing foliate scroll concave band. The underside flate chased with a sigil of a fish.
