A late 20th century Persian (Iranian) silver vase, Shiraz circa 1970 retailed by Seyyed Hassan Jouzdani (b.1928, d.c. 2022) of Isfahan
Pahlavi dynasty. Of ovoid form with a everted neck. Chased monabbat-kari decoration of two registers of achaemenid revival figures such as a seated King Darius, against a textured ground. Marked to the foot with town mark, figure 84, and retailer’s mark جوزدانی.
