A GEORGE III LATE 18TH CENTURY OAK LONGCASE CLOCK SIGNED JAMES BRADFORD, BUCKINGHAM, the hood with pagoda top surmounted by three brass finials with eagles atop, the sides of the hood glazed, the front with three quarter columns with brass caps, over the trunk with break-arch door, on plinth base (cut down), the break-arch brass dial with silvered Roman chapter ring with Arabic five minute markers, the silvered centre with engraved acanthus leaves, signed 'James Bradford, Buckingham', with calendar arch aperture and subsidiary dial, the arch with silvered subsidiary dial for strike / silent, the eight day, weight driven movement with anchor escapement striking on a bell, with pendulum and two weights,
