The Flower Seller, original pencil and watercolour design, final print in four colours (three on lino and one on wood), and seven proofs, window-mounted together and labelled to demonstrate the process; ‘Alas Poor Yorick’, linocut, signed and titled on paper window mount; St Paul’s from Watling Street, five wood engravings, two of which signed, dated and mounted (on brown paper and Japan paper), and 3 further proofs on Japan paper, 1927; untitled townscape; v.s., largest c. 21 x 16 cm, in the artist’s original paper folder with further design to front cover (16)

***Albert Edward Halliwell (1905-1987) is best known for his poster designs. He taught at Camberwell and the Central School of Art.
