Of rectangular shape, resting on four bulbous wooden feet, each side except the base veneered with tortoise shell slabs fitted with silver and brass pins onto the wooden body and decorated with silver repoussé mounts, on one of the short sides a small rectangular drawer opening with a circular hoop, 10cm x 14.5cm x 24.2cm.
