An early 20th century Chinese Export silver christening mug, Shanghai circa 1930 retailed by Hung Chong

Of tapering cylindrical form with a D section handle. The body with flat chased decoration of flowering prunus against a spot hammered ground, the front with a circular cartouche engraved Joyce. Lacquered. Marked underneath HUNGCHONG and an obscured artisan mark.
