A mid-20th century Thai silver bucket, Bangkok circa 1950 possibly by Zhu Chang
Of tapering octofoil form raised upon four hemispherical feet, with twin hinged opposable handles. The body with embossed panels of Thephanom figures and auspicious symbols all against flame scrolls with plain bands. Marked underneath with a Chinese artisan mark possibly 柱昌 (ZHU CHANG) and a standard mark (solid silver) 足銀 (ZU YIN) twice.
