Gruning Commissioner of Orissa July 1919”, underneath with Made by A.C. Sahu Jewller Cuttack. The third engraved “Presented to C. L. Philip Esq. I.C.S Political Agentand Commissioner of Orissa Feudatory States on the occasion of the opening of the Wheeler Club and Library at Bhawanipatna, February 1926.” (3)
