A rare late 19th century Egyptian silver sweets dish, probably Cairo circa 1880 by Nisan Karanbogosyan
The wavy scalloped body upon four cast scroll bracket feet. The dished section with flat chased flower heads and leaves all centred with a circular cartouche of a bird. Marked with makers mark and standard mark ۹۰ to the rim edge.
Length – 17.7 cm / 7 inches
Weight – 297 grams / 9.55 ozt
