A MOULDED TURQUOISE-GLAZED POTTERY TILE Kashan, Iran, 13th - 14th century  Of rectangular shape, the ground moulded with two animals, possibly a lion and a bull, against a vegetal ground, the upper register with moulded continuous palmettes and trefoils, 19.2cm x 27.5cm. Provenance: Christie's South Kensington, 31 August 1995, lot 265.
