A GEORGE III PINE AND GESSO FIRE SURROUND, ADAM STYLE, decorated in low relief in the neoclassical style, the frieze centred with a marine-themed panel depicting a seated female figure beside an anchor, flanked by carved coral, shells, and floral sprays, side panels with ribbon-tied wheat sheaves and foliate scrolls, beneath a projecting cornice with egg-and-dart and floral guilloche mouldings, the jambs with pendant husk garlands and acanthus details.
