宋 磁州窯白釉牡丹紋盤

The deep dish with a wide rim and flared sides rising from a tall foot, the interior decorated with a carved peony blosssom to the centre, the rim further stylised foliage scrolls, the exterior with a dark brown glaze, with a Japanese wood box, inscribed to the underside of the cover as certified by the specialist Okada Yuzuru.
