A gem-set "Regard" pendant, mid 19th century

The heart-shaped pendant decorated with delicate foliate detail including a seed pearl and turquoise forget-me-not, set with cushion-shaped, step and oval-cut gemstones including ruby, emerald, garnet, amethyst and diamond, spelling "Regard", with a glazed compartment to the reverse, suspended from foxtail-link chains, and an elaborate bale decorated with a coiled wire flower and a circular cabochon turquoise drop, length 6.6cm
