A PAIR OF VERY FINE PART SILK TABRIZ RUGS, NORTH-WEST PERSIA, approx; 150cm. x 103cm. and 150cm. x 104cm. Classic for this type with very nicely drawn design and good colour combination. Both rugs have full pile, soft and wool quality as part silk. Very fine weave, approx; 8 x 8 knots per sq. cm. Selvages original. Ends with original fringes. In general both rugs are in very good condition throughout. Attractive and very good furnishing pieces, seldom found woven in pairs.
