On Tuesday 10th November at 11am we are holding a sale of Rugs followed by the General sale.
The sale features over 100 lots, some of very fine quality, including this outstanding Persian Kashan rug woven in pure silk, c.1920/30. Estimate: £1,500 - £2,000

We strongly recommend you view any rug that you are interested in purchasing. We will turn the stacks of rugs at 12 noon, 2pm and 4pm on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th, and at 10am on the sale day.

Last week saw three very successful sales take place. The week started with Asian Art and The Art of Tea on 3rd November. Followed by Canals and River Books on the 4th November.
The star lots of the week were:
A blue and white bowl (Qianlong mark and of the period) which sold for £7,200 incl Buyer's Premium.
A Huang Yulin marked yixing zisha teapot sold for £3,000 incl Buyer's Premium.
These books on Observations on the Inland Navigation of Ireland, Thoughts on Inland Navigation and The Industrial Resources of Ireland, sold for £1,440 incl Buyer’s Premium
