Black ink on paper, two plates extracted from Bernard Picart's treatise The Ceremonies and Religious Customs of The Various Nations of the Known World, each one numbered, with the volume reference, engraver mark B. Picart sculp. dir., and title, Le Grand Seigneur en habit de Ceremonie le jour de Beiram, no. 124, Tom. V, no. 11, and Le Moufti (Chef de la Loy), no. 126, Tom. V, no. 13, mounted, glazed and framed, each 47.5cm x 37.5cm including the frame.
