Rutter (Owen)

Three autograph letters signed ('Owen Rutter') to Mr Alan Warwick, one confirming that "I'll go ahead with the article so that you have it not later that the end of the month"; the second letter says "I enclose the article on Sun bathing in Hungary and I hope it is the kind of thing you want. I send you also photographs of the 'Hellenic Wave Bath' and 'Champagne Bath' in Budapest, also of Lake Balaton"; in the third letters Rutter is happy with the proofs of the article and asks Mr Warwick if he could spare "3 copies. I should like to send one to the Hungarian Legation" and provides names of people who "will help to make the Review in Hungary where I think it will be much appreciated", three pages, folding marks, 4to, The Croft, Wargrave, 9 August- 12 September 1935; together with a later letter requesting a copy of the Sunbathing Review and mentioning another "Hungarian article", two pages, light foxing, 8vo, The Athenaeum, Pall Mall, 26 July 1938.
