The golden cufflinks of rectangular shape, the bezel filled with polychrome-painted enamels depicting a young Qajar prince, possibly a portrait of the young Ahmad Shah, the last ruler of the Qajar dynasty, framed within an oval Western-looking frame, the largest link in the chain stamped '625' and a possible later replacement, the bezel 1.6cm x 1.2cm each.
