A Victorian sterling silver and hardstone vesta case, Birmingham 1897 by James Fenton

Of rectangular shape, the hinged lid topped with geometrically inlaid carnelian, bloosdtone, and agate between engraved borders, centring a vaccant oval cartouche. Traces of gilt to the interior. Fully marked to the base interior, part marked to the lid interior.
