An early 20^th century Anglo – Indian silver card case, Lucknow circa 1920

Raj period. Rectangular form with a hinged lid. The body with chased decoration of Cutch style chased foliate scrolls and rosettes, a shield shape cartouche engraved with initials D.G. The bezel marked 90 over DC (Lucknow unknown guarantee mark). Together with another card case, Lucknow circa 1910, of the same form and decoration, with a pull off lid, the edges with chased decoration. (2)
