A LARGE INSCRIBED BOWL ON STAND
Late Zand, Early Qajar, Late 18th/19th Century. Stand possibly later.
Of typical form with three horizontally stacked bands of calligraphic inscription. The central band including cartouches featuring figures and all set upon a decorative band of ornate inscribed hunting scenes. Bowl set atop a tri footed stand, each foot in a form of a lion.
