A George III sterling silver coffee pot / biggin, London 1795 by John Mewburn (reg. 2nd Oct 1792)

Of oval form with coopered bands decoration and angular spout, the removable gently domed lid with urn final. Loop handle. Engraved to the front with a crest of a lion’s head erased. Fully marked underneath and part-marked to lid.
