A pearl and diamond brooch The 8.6-9.0 x 6.7mm button-shaped natural pearl within an old brilliant-cut diamond surround, to a similarly-set openwork quatrefoil frame with 4.5mm pearl centres and old brilliant-cut diamond points in millegrain settings, composite, diamonds approx. 1.80 carats total, length 4.6cm Accompanied by a copy of a report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, stating that the button-shaped pearl was found to be natural, saltwater. Report number 15772, dated 25th May 2018. Remaining pearls untested.
