Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, comprising a standing three-quarters portrait of Jaswant Singh II (r. 1873 - 1895) of Jodhpur, set within an imaginary white marble jharoka frame within green borders, backed on wasli paper, 33cm x 26.3cm; and a full standing portrait of his father, Maharaja Takht Singh (r. 1843 - 1873) of Jodhpur, depicted with a large golden halo, fully bejeweled and holding onto his black dhal (shield), 28.5cm x 23.5cm.
