SWAN FAMILY - Poems Grave and Gay. [No Place]: Privately Printed, [?1917]. 4to. Monochrome photographic frontispiece of the Swan Family. Cream cloth boards, titled in gilt (tearing and fraying to spine, corners bumped, some soiling to covers). PRESENTATION COPY to Mrs Holman Hunt, the wife of the late William Holman Hunt (1825-1910), inscribed: "To Mrs Holman Hunt with Lady Swan's love New Year's Eve 1917". Lady [Hannah] Swan was married to Sir Joseph Swan (1828 – 27 May 1914), British physicist and chemist, most famous for inventing the first incandescent light bulb.
