A pair of early 20th century Chinese export silver candlesticks, Shanghai circa 1920, retailed by Wang Hing
Republic period. Each of cylindrical form upon a knopped stem with a circular base with a pierced edge of Chinese dragons amidst clouds, the columns similarly pierced, the base sections with flat chased Chinese dragons amidst clouds. Each with removable dished circular sconces. Marked underneath to one and to foot edge of the other with numeral 90, and retailer’s mark WH only. (2)
