Albumen print panorama in five parts mounted onto card and sectioned with cloth joints to give a continuous view measuring 125.5 x19.3cm overall, folding down into original red cloth boards with gilt title 'West End Hotel, Naples' on the cover. This panorama depicts a wide view of Naples with Mount Etna smoking slightly in the background, formal buildings in the centre, trees and villas leading down to the sea and the Bay. Together with a single view of the facade of the West End Hotel, measuring 24.4 x 19.3cm..
