An early 20th century Chinese export silver bowl, Shanghai circa 1920, marked Ti, retailed by Wo Shing of Shanghai
Republic period. Of rounded circular form with a scalloped moulded rim, raised upon a spreading circular foot. The body with cast and applied decoration of peonies, flowering prunus, magnolia, and daylily. The front with a vacant flat chased shaped lobed cartouche Marked underneath with artisan mark 替 (TI), retailer’s mark WOSHING, and SHANGHAI.
