An early 20^th century Chinese export silver tea caddy, Shanghai circa 1920 possibly marked Le, retailed by Wang Hing of Canton and Hong Kong

Republic period. Of rounded inverted baluster form with a pull off cylindrical lid. The body with chased lines to resemble a gourd. Marked underneath with an obscured artisan mark possibly 㔹 (LE), and retailer’s mark WH90.
