Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, the horizontal composition depicting an intimate gathering at court for a puja to Shri Nathji, the eldest member of the group seated cross-legged and wearing a white garment, the colour of purity, his forehead marked with the Urdhva Pundra, the tilak mark of Vaishnava devotees, the younger man and the woman in a similar position and attire, the composition set within gold and white rules, and blue and bright red borders, 22cm x 32.4cm.
