Of globular shape, resting on a flat circular base, painted in copper green, yellow and manganese on a white ground, the decoration consisting of repeating yellow and white circles set against a splashed green ground, the rim painted in manganese black, the interior marked with a flower and signed 'Awlad Shemlah, Tunis' in free-flowing Arabic script, 12.5cm diam.
