Qing Dynasty, Qianlong period.

The tapered body decorated with shaped cartouches of merchants in a port and porters transferring the imported goods, set with two horseshoe handles and with bands of precious objects on a diaper ground to the rims, the cover surmounted with a fruit finial, the stand similarly painted, 20cm across (stand), 14cm H. (2)
