Opaque pigments on paper and buff cardboard, the two horizontal compositions replicating famous Indian Rajput paintings with sporting scenes, the first with a courtly elephant gone wild during training, the latter with a sumptuously clad and bejewelled white steed ready for a ceremonial procession, both scenes set within black rules and bright red borders, the largest 33.8cm x 43cm.
