A Victorian sterling silver gilt electrotyped dish, Birmingham 1859 by Elkington and Co

Formed as four vine leaves with twisted tendrils and a bunch of grapes. Raised upon three fruiting vine feet. Fully marked to the reverse.

Length – 24.5 cm / 9.5 inches

Weight – 690 grams / 22.18 ozt

This design of dish was first produced in 1844 by Elkington in Britannia standard silver.
