Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper mounted on buff cardboard, the three vertical compositions portraying Rajasthani courtly ladies seated on Western chairs, two leaning on a circular table, the third playing the veena, the composition reminiscent of the first black and white photograph portraits circulating in India during the British Raj, the largest 33cm x 28.3cm.
