Opaque pigments, gold and ink on wove paper backed with old newspapers' cuttings, each portrait following the traditional canon and style of classical Rajasthani painting featuring a central nobleman, either standing or seated, smelling a flower or resting on a terrace against a large bolster, the line of black ink Devanagari characters at the top of each composition attributing the portraits to members of the Judev / Judeo Rajput clan, set within black rules, and ochre yellow and bold red borders, the largest 16.5cm x 23cm.
