Sui / Tang Dynasty.

The ovoid body with a short neck, flanked by two loop handles, covered in crackled olive-green glaze stopping short above the foot and extending to the inner rim, 14cm H.

Provenance: the collection of Robert Hatfield Ellsworth (1929 – 2014), sold at Christie's, 22nd of March 2015, lot 8010 [label].
