An album of 50 albumen prints, image size 22 x28cm (or the reverse), pasted down to album pages recto/verso, each captioned, and numbered in the negative, and 36 signed by Bonfils in the negative. Subjects include a view of Jaffa from the sea; the Jaffa Marketplace; the Tower of the Forty Martyrs, Ramleh; the Tower of David, Jerusalem; the Tomb of David on Mount Zion; Jewish people during the Friday Prayer at the Western Wall; various views of the Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem; Chapel of St. Helena in the Basilica, Jerusalem; the Arch of the Ecce Homo, Jerusalem; the Mosque of Omar, Jerusalem; a general view of the site of Salomon's Temple; the Mount of Olives; the Garden of Gethsemane, Jerusalem; the Tomb of Lazarus, Bethany; the valley of tombs of Jehoshaphat; Jeremiah's cave and convent of St. Stephen; various views of Bethlehem; interior of the Church of Nativity, Bethlehem; a general view of Jericho; the Mount of Temptation, and the Valley of Jordan River; among others. Housed in wooden boards, with a leather spine, and titled on cover 'Jerusalem'.
